All bonuses at betqq game carry a wagering requirement of 20× the bonus amount unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. For example, a Rs 2,000 bonus requires Rs 40,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable real balance. Only bets placed with real-money balance count toward wagering requirements unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
Not all games at betqq game contribute equally to bonus wagering. As a general guide:

Bonuses at betqq game expire after 30 days from the date of credit if the wagering requirement has not been completed by that time. Expired bonus balance and any associated winnings are removed from the account automatically.
betqq game actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns including — but not limited to — low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, coordinated play between multiple accounts, or repeated exploitation of promotion mechanics. Where abuse is identified, betqq game reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings and close the account.
Free spins credited via promotions are valid on specified slot titles only. Free spin winnings are capped at Rs 5,000 unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion. Winnings above any stated cap are not credited.
All bets placed at betqq game are subject to acceptance by the platform. betqq game reserves the right to refuse any bet, restrict maximum stake amounts, or limit the markets available to any individual player without prior notice. Bets are only confirmed once a bet slip reference number is issued.
If a bet is inadvertently accepted at clearly incorrect odds — for example, due to a data feed error or a pricing mistake — betqq game reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. Players are not entitled to the erroneous odds. Obvious pricing errors are those that deviate materially from market consensus at the time of placement.
Live bets at betqq game are processed in real time against live data feeds. In the event of a live bet being placed during a suspension period — where the suspension was caused by a known event such as a wicket, goal, or penalty — betqq game reserves the right to void that bet. Delays in live data feeds are the responsibility of the data provider and betqq game accepts no liability for late price updates.
In cricket, if a match is abandoned or reduced due to weather or other causes before a result can be determined, bets will be settled according to the official result recognised by the relevant governing body (PCB for Pakistan domestic fixtures, ICC for internationals). Where no official result exists, betqq game will void the relevant markets and return stakes.
Where a cash-out option is available, the settlement value is calculated using live odds at the moment of the cash-out request. betqq game cannot guarantee that cash-out will always be available on any specific market or at any specific time.
All casino and slot games available at betqq game use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) supplied by the respective game provider. betqq game does not modify, interfere with, or override any game outcome produced by a provider's RNG.
In the event of a game malfunction — such as a disconnection mid-spin or a display error — betqq game will void the relevant round and return the stake to the player's balance. If the malfunction occurs after a completed result has been registered in the game server, the server-side result will be treated as the binding outcome.

Progressive jackpot prizes at betqq game are accumulated across all qualifying players. The jackpot value displayed is a real-time estimate and may differ slightly from the confirmed prize amount at the moment of triggering due to data refresh intervals.
